Held together by effort
We still work like this.
Tabs, spreadsheets, messages, payment screenshots and registrations. A stack of borrowed tools held together by effort. Every coaching session leaves a trail across disconnected tools.

Why OwnlyOS exists
After years of travelling for tournaments, coaching students, speaking with parents and working alongside organisers, Pushpak kept seeing the same pattern: academies were running their operations through forms, spreadsheets, messages, payment screenshots and disconnected tools. Held together by effort.
Held together by effort
Tabs, spreadsheets, messages, payment screenshots and registrations. A stack of borrowed tools held together by effort. Every coaching session leaves a trail across disconnected tools.

The false choice
Third-party platforms make registrations and reconciliation easier, but every tournament strengthens somebody else's destination. Building independently preserves the academy's identity, but leaves the owner managing technology and manual operations.
What should compound
Every tournament carries the organiser's name. Every student relationship belongs to the academy. Technology should simplify the work while helping that organisation build its own identity, audience and long-term value.
For organisers and arbiters
Every tournament should build more than a one-day event. OwnlyOS provides branded website and registration infrastructure that keeps the organiser's identity and direct player relationship at the centre, giving the next event a stronger starting point.
Pushpak Dande and Ishwar Gavit began building OwnlyOS because independent chess professionals should be able to build lasting, professional organisations around their work without losing their time, identity or customer relationships to scattered tools.
Technology for the people building chess.
Your brand. Your website. Your registrations.
One system, clearly yours.
Run students and training from one organised workspace. Build every future registration under your own brand.
